These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the IQ Revealed website at iqrevealed.com and the assessments, reports, training content and membership services offered on it (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a test or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Key terms

• "Assessment" — any test offered on the Service, including the IQ-style cognitive test, personality-type test and career-interest test.
• "Membership" — a recurring paid subscription that unlocks full reports and the training library. It renews automatically every 28 days until cancelled.
• "Report" — the results, scores, profiles and recommendations generated from your Assessment answers.
• "We", "us", "IQ Revealed" — the operator of iqrevealed.com; "you" — the person using the Service.

2. What the Service is — and what it is not

IQ Revealed provides self-administered online assessments, score reports, and brain-training content. The Service is provided for educational, informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a clinical, medical, psychological or psychiatric evaluation, is not administered under standardized supervised conditions, and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment, employment screening, academic placement or any decision with legal or medical consequences. Scores are estimates generated from your answers and may differ from results you would obtain on professionally administered instruments. If you have concerns about your cognitive health, consult a qualified professional.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or purchase a membership.
• You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person; accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or attempt to defraud us.

4. Membership and payment

Access to full results and the training library requires a paid membership. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the membership works as follows:

• Introductory trial: $1.00 charged at checkout, for a 7-day trial with full access.
• What you get: full access, beginning when your payment is confirmed.
• Automatic renewal: when the 7-day trial ends, the membership continues automatically at $29.99 every 28 days, charged to the payment method you used at checkout, until you cancel.
• How to cancel: you can cancel at any time from the “Your subscription” page (iqrevealed.com/subscription, also linked from your dashboard), in a couple of clicks and without contacting us. Cancel before a renewal date to avoid that charge. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not refunded pro rata for the unused part of that period.
• Changes to the price: we will tell you by email before any change to the renewal amount or cadence takes effect, with enough notice for you to cancel first.
• Prices: prices may vary by country and current promotions; the exact price is always shown at checkout before you confirm.
• Payment processing: payments are handled by our third-party payment processor (Airwallex). We do not store your full card details. Charges are made in the currency shown at checkout; your bank may apply its own conversion fees, which we do not control.
• Failed payments: if a payment does not go through, we retry it over the following days. Access is suspended while a payment is outstanding and resumes if a retry succeeds; if none succeeds, the membership is cancelled. You can update your card at any time from your dashboard.
• Taxes: prices are shown and charged exclusive of VAT, sales tax and any similar tax. We do not currently calculate, collect or remit these. Where tax is due on your purchase, it is your responsibility under the rules of your own country.
• Currency: prices on this site are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Your bank may add its own conversion or cross-border fee.
• Immediate access and withdrawal: the membership delivers digital content immediately on payment. By ticking the acceptance box at checkout you expressly request that access begin at once and acknowledge that, once it has begun, any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period for digital content no longer applies. Our Refund Policy still applies in full, and nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. In short: if something went wrong — you are unsatisfied, were charged unexpectedly, or hit a technical problem — contact [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we will review your case individually. Statutory rights that cannot be waived in your country are unaffected.

6. Intellectual property

The Service — including test questions, scoring methods, reports, graphics, text, software and branding — is owned by IQ Revealed or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service and your Reports for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, resell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the Service or its content, and you may not share, publish or commercially exploit test questions or answer keys.

7. Your content and feedback

You keep ownership of anything you submit to us (such as support messages, reviews or suggestions). By submitting feedback or reviews you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them to operate and improve the Service, and — only with your permission — to feature them as testimonials. Test answers are used solely to generate your Reports and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

• No automated access (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without our written permission.
• No attempts to probe, disrupt or overload our infrastructure or to circumvent paywalls, rate limits or security controls.
• No use of the Service to harass others, infringe rights, or break any applicable law.
• No misrepresenting your results as a certified or clinical evaluation.

9. Availability and maintenance

We aim to keep the Service available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance — normally during low-traffic windows — and features may occasionally be degraded or unavailable. If a fault on our side prevents you from using what you paid for, contact support: extended outages qualify for remedies under the Refund Policy.

10. Technical requirements

The Service works in current versions of modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile, and requires JavaScript, cookies and a stable internet connection. Your progress and results sync to your account, so you can switch devices by logging in.

11. Support and complaints

Support is available by email at [email protected] every day of the year; we aim to answer within 2 business days. If you are unhappy with a first response, reply with "Escalate" and a senior team member will review your case and respond with a final position within 7 days.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your use of any information from the Service is at your own discretion and risk.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQ Revealed and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service (including adding, changing or retiring features and content) and may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will post the updated Terms here with a new "last updated" date and, where required, notify you by email before they take effect. Price changes apply only to memberships purchased after the new price takes effect, and we will tell you by email before any change to your renewal amount; a billing period you have already paid for is not affected. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time from your dashboard, which stops all future charges, and you may stop using the Service at any time. You can request deletion of your account and data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms; sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers and liability limits) survive termination.

16. Dispute resolution and governing law

Most disputes are resolved fastest through support, so we ask that you contact us first and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the competent courts there — except where the consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you mandatory rights or venue, which remain unaffected.
